Main Features of Special Glass Beads for Water Based Road Marking:

1. Product Use
Improve the retro-reflection property of the road marking paint. When driving at night, the headlights flash on the marking line with glass beads which makes the headlights reflex back in parallel, so the driver could see the forward way clearly and the driving security is raised at night.

2. Technical Parameters
a. Exterior appearance: Transparent spheres, glabrous and round, no obvious bubbles and impurities.
b. Roundness ratio: Roundness ratio≥80% (when 600＜sphere diameter＜850µm, roundness ratio≥75%).
c. Density: 2.4 - 2.6g / cm3.
d. Refractive index: Nd≥1.50.
d. Glass element: Composed of soda-lime glass, content of sio2 >68%.

3. Packaging
a. Two layer packing bags, the inner layer is PE film, the thickness is less than 0.5mm. The outer bag is plastic woven bag to prevent leakage and damp. Net weight of every bag is 25±0.2㎏.
b. The packaging is adjustable according to the customers' requests.
